Devendra Singh Babli : Devendra Singh Babli, MLA of Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) from Tohana assembly seat of Fatehabad district, is also a businessman. Devendra Babli, close to former state president of Haryana Congress, Dr. Ashok Tanwar, joined Jannayak Janata Party in 2019 after being upset over not getting the ticket. Babli became MLA for the first time by defeating former Bharatiya Janata Party state president and then MLA Subhash Barala by 52302 votes. He was successful in achieving ministerial post in the first attempt itself. Now Babli has been angry with the leadership of his party for some time.

Ram Kumar Gautam : Ramkumar Gautam, known as Dada Gautam, resident of Narnaund in Hisar district, is a lawyer by profession. They also do farming. His wife is a retired professor. Son Rajat Gautam is a lawyer of Punjab Haryana High Court. Has been the Chairman of the Bar Council of the High Court. Daughter Kirti Bhardwaj is settled in Canada. Party Chief’s warning had no effect

After the resignation of Chief Minister Manohar Lal and his ministers yesterday, BJP decided to make the new Kurukshetra MP Nayab Singh Saini the Chief Minister and on Wednesday, as a floor test, when BJP called a special session of the Assembly, all four of JJP Rebel MLAs Devendra Singh Babli, Ramkumar Gautam, Jogiram Sihag and Ishwar Singh came out in support of the BJP despite warnings from their party chief Dushyant Chautala. Now Dushyant Chautala has announced Navsankalp rally in Hisar and it remains to be seen whether these four MLAs will participate in it.
