According to official sources, the preserved fossil belongs to a sauropod species of dinosaur found in the late Cretaceous period, called Titanosaurus. They lived on Earth 16.35 crore years ago. Their neck was very long, hence they were considered the largest animal on earth. It has been revealed that around 40 species of dinosaurs have evolved across the world.
