Israel-Hamas War: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that Israel is just one step away from victory in the Gaza war. He vowed there would be no ceasefire until Hamas freed all hostages. PM Netanyahu said this in a cabinet meeting on the completion of six months of the war that started after the attack on Israel by Hamas.

Let us tell you that the extremist organization Hamas started firing rockets in Gaza, Israel on 7 October 2023. When the Israeli army started responding, the war has continued in Gaza since then. So far, more than 33 thousand people have been killed in this war. Six months into the Gaza war, US President Joe Biden called for an immediate ceasefire in a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and made US support for Israel conditional on reducing civilian killings and improving humanitarian conditions.

In the cabinet meeting on this issue on Sunday, PM Netanyahu said that Israel is just one step away from victory in the Gaza war. The price we paid is painful and heartbreaking. He vowed there would be no ceasefire until Hamas freed all hostages. Netanyahu said with special emphasis that Israel is ready for compromise, but not for surrender.
