Modi Government Noticed Punjab Government For IVF Treatment Of Sidhu Moosewala Mother

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has sought a report from the Punjab Government regarding the in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment of Sidhu Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur. On the other hand, in this matter Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh Through a video post on social media platform META, he said that he has all the legal documents and he is very upset with this investigation.

In fact, under Section 21 (g) (i) of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021, the prescribed age limit for a woman to avail ART services is between 21-50 years. Now that Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, the parents of murdered Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, welcomed a child on Sunday, almost two years after the murder, the happiness of this family seems to be eclipsed. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has sought a report from the Punjab Government regarding the in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment of Sidhu Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur. In this matter, the Punjab government has put the responsibility of asking for documents related to IVF treatment on the central government.

On the other hand, late singer Sidhu Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh posted on META, “With the blessings of millions of souls who love Shubhdeep, the Almighty has placed Shubh’s younger brother in our lap. However, the government is yet to prove to me his legal status.” I want to request the CM (Bhagwant Mann) to please let me get the treatment then wherever the government calls me, I will come. I am an ex-serviceman, I will never run away from the law. My “I have all the legal documents and I will prove it. However, if the state does not believe me then they can file an FIR.”
