Kolkata: The mystery of the horrific murder of a child studying in class four in Hooghly, Bengal has finally been solved. The reason for the murder is surprising. According to the police, the child had seen his mother and her friend in an objectionable condition. To prevent the child from opening his mouth, both of them together murdered the innocent child. They hit him on the head with bricks and other heavy objects and cut the nerves of his hands. There was also a knife attack at another place on the body.

Neighbors and police were shocked

The incident took place on February 18 in Konnagar in Hooghly district. According to the information received, suddenly in the evening the sounds of screaming came from a house. It was revealed that Shreyanshu, a 10-year-old boy studying in the fourth class, was murdered by someone. As soon as the information was received, Uttarpara police reached the spot. Initially it seemed that this incident was carried out for robbery. However, the police were at a loss as no one in the neighborhood saw any stranger entering the house, nor were there any signs of vandalism or forced entry at the door. The pet dog of the house was also silent, which started barking as soon as it saw any stranger.

…And the secret was revealed

On the basis of mobile call details, CDR, fingerprints present at the scene of crime etc., the police interrogated a woman named Ishrat and found that she had a homosexual relationship with Shreyanshu’s mother Shanta Sharma even before marriage. Shanta’s husband Pankaj also knew about this, but a few days ago Shreyanshu had seen Ishrat in an objectionable condition with her mother. Due to this, as per complete planning, on the night of 18th February, both of them together hit Shreyanshu’s head with a brick. Then attacked the idol of Lord Ganesha. Tried to crush him with a broken table also. After this, both of them cut the veins of their hands with a kitchen knife. Also stabbed several times one after the other.
