It is being told that a bus of devotees going to the Easter conference suddenly lost control and fell into a ditch. 45 people died in this accident. On the other hand, no one is able to understand whether to call it a miracle or something else, because only an 8 year old girl’s life has been saved in this accident.

The accident occurred in Botswana, South Africa. According to the information received, Easter conference was to be held in Limpopo province. A bus carrying pilgrims traveling to Moria to attend the Easter Mass met with an accident in the mountainous areas of Mamatalakala in the northern province of Limpopo. The bus suddenly went out of control, broke the barrier and fell into a 165 feet deep gorge. After this it caught fire.

On the other hand, when the passersby saw the bus falling down, they immediately launched a rescue operation. Fire brigade and police were also informed. After this, the police reached the spot and captured the bodies of 45 people who were killed, while an 8-year-old girl who was slightly injured was airlifted to the hospital. According to the people present at the spot, many bodies are so badly burnt that it is difficult to identify them.

Transport Minister Expressed condolences

However, South Africa’s Transport Minister Sindisiwe Chikunga has ordered an investigation into the accident. Expressing deep condolences to the families of the deceased, he said that he and the entire government are with the victims in this hour of grief. The cause of the accident is being investigated. The Transport Minister said, ‘I want to appeal to the drivers across the country to drive very responsibly and carefully on the roads. Not only your own life, but the lives of many others may be at stake. Along with this, it is also particularly noteworthy that more than 200 people died in various road accidents in South Africa during the Easter weekend of 2023.
