The incident is from Vietnam. According to the information received, on March 20, a 34-year-old man had severe stomach cramps. He was admitted to Hai Ha District Medical Center in Quang Ninh province and when an ultrasound was performed, an organism was found stuck in the stomach. Information about intestinal perforation and peritonitis was also found. After this the doctors decided on surgery.

During the surgery, the doctors were surprised to see that there was a live eel in the patient’s stomach and that too was not an ordinary fish, but a full 30 centimeters long. Doctors say that when it crawled, it caused stomach ache. Due to the fish, there was a hole in the intestines, due to which bleeding started. It was fortunate that this dangerous creature was taken out in time.
